Reservations and Cancellations

Booking your spa services in advance is strongly recommended. Please call the Bronze Door Day Spa at 410-414-5755 to make your reservation.

We strictly adhere to a Spa cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, please advise us in advance. For cancellation of a Spa package, a 48-hour notice is required.

What time should I plan to arrive?

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you may have the time to complete a client intake form and dress for your appointment.

What do I bring or wear?

Bronze Door Day Spa provides you with a robe, towel and slippers. It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for their services, although undergarments may be worn if you prefer.  Keep in mind that our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times.

Cell Phones

Out of a courtesty for our other patrons, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones or pagers so that our customers can relax and enjoy the Bronze Door experience.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of Spa services. In appreciation for outstanding services, gratuties may be given to the staff at your discretion.
